Driven by a desire to make the perfect vodka for espresso martini, Colwith Farm Distillery's Head Distiller was inspired to infuse Fairtrade Organic Bourbon Vanilla pods with our award winning potato vodka. No ingredient in the world has been used more than salt to enhance flavour, making it the perfect accompaniment to any drink or cocktail.

Crafted in small batches from the Colwith Farm Distillery delicious Cornish potatoes, this vodka is distilled forty times before being blended with mineral water lifted from the distillery’s aquifer. The result is this bright and fragrant craft vodka with vivid lemon sherbet notes on the nose and palate and a luxuriously sweet and creamy mouthfeel.Perfect served neat on ice or paired with your favourite tonic water, garnished with fresh seaberries. This farm has been passed down generation to generation and the growing of potatoes has continued since World War II when it first started. Producing premium spirits represented the perfect way to add value to the crops produced on Colwith Farm. This delicious Cornish vodka has won the prestigious platinum medal in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition – the first British vodka ever to have achieved such success!

This delicious gin was distilled using potatoes from a family farm and combined with natural spring water that was extracted from underneath the farm. Crafted in small batches from delicious Cornish potatoes, this vodka is distilled forty times before being blended with mineral water lifted from the distillery's aquifer. Stafford Dustow (as in their original Stafford's Gin) moved to Colwith Farm, near Lanlivery in 1904. This is a product of the Colwith Farm Distillery that have been producing premium spirits since 2010.

Rich rosemary notes strike the palate first, shrouded in a fog of gorgeous, sweet bay perfume, while the cracked black pepper stomps it’s personality onto the finish of this complex, silky smooth potato vodka. Even the water used in the production process rises from an aquifer situated beneath the distillery. Wolf of the Woods is wonderfully refreshing, served neat as an invigorating digestiv, or with a splash of soda and a twist of cucumber. This bottle of premium vodka has been carefully produced from the finest King Edward potatoes grown on a family farm.
