The story telling personal bits in every chapter are boring but I just skip past those at the beginning of each chapter. I was thankfully able to pull out some nuggets from this book but I feel like the good parts were only enough to make maybe one total chapter.

This book was interesting as it contains a few nuggets: The concept of vibrating at the level of your goal is really interesting, reading one book over and over (while reading other books), setting your intention, starting with the end in mind/ visualizing the outcome. Additionally, the irony is glaring where he claims outside world affairs don’t effect him and he doesn’t think about things like COVID, then later dying potentially from COVID complications (unconfirmed and he was 87 anyway; still, it all serves to discredit the notion). These are principles that God baked into the universe, and they are impartial; anyone, regardless of their religious persuasion, can tap into them and make them work.

By understanding this, and assigning a newer meaning to these experiences, you can change your whole persona! We have to start by understanding that there’s only one part of the universe that we can change, and that is ourselves.Bob Proctor has an international reputation for getting the very best out of both people and businesses. The concept boils down to the importance of repetition, of meditation, and on engaging your imagination until it sparks hope. You really have to FEEL the change, dig deep and understand yourself, and apply your desired changes in day to day life. The book offers insights and practical guidance for changing limiting beliefs, adopting a positive outlook, and aligning one's thoughts and actions with their desired outcomes. I liked the gratitude routine of writing 10 things you’re grateful for and sending love to people you don’t like. In a Short summary, the goals and limitations you set upon yourself are sometimes based just on the paradigm or beliefs that you currently hold.In summary, I agree the mind is more powerful than we likely know but not all powerful like he touts. Also referring to several tips and tricks on how to solve common life problems and difficulties that many of us might share. Bob offers simple, practical tips on HOW to meditate, how to apply small changes on a day by day basis, and how to stay motivated through the process of changing your paradigm (world/life/personal view). At the subconscious level we need formation of habit, we need to upskill self to meet challenge and flow.
